Big 70s Birthday Bash

A Night of Non-Stop 70s hits performed by two fantastic bands, celebrating our owner’s birthday

We’re hosting a big birthday celebration for The Factory Live owner Steve Gardner - and you’re all invited! We’re staging two of the finest local bands to perform all evening, they’ll be bringing you nothing but the iconic hits of the 70s.

Expect to hear music from the likes of SUPERTRAMP, DOOBIE BROTHERS, QUEEN, EAGLES, ROD STEWART, MADNESS, DAVID BOWIE, COMMODORES, EURYTHMICS, CHAKA KAHN, KOOL N THE GANG, FLEETWOOD MAC, STEVIE WONDER and many more!

Big Yellow Taxi

Big Yellow Taxi offer a wide variety of music, Jigs and Reels, lots of strong rock numbers, ballads, instrumentals combined with a blend of vocal harmonies, they deliver a varied style of acoustic folk-rock. Having been at the forefront of Worthing’s live music scene for decades, these guys put on one heck of a show that will get you moving!

The Juice

The Juice is fronted by Lorna B (vocals, percussion) who paid her dues as a teenager with SHAKATAK and is an in-demand session singer, working with acts like SIMPLE MINDS, DARYL HALL and THE PRETENDERS. ​Gary Osborne (percussion, vocals) is a distinguished lyricist having written the lyrics for Jeff Wayne’s “War of the Worlds” and has had hits with many artists, including Elton John. Neil Voce (keyboards, vocals), Stewart Gunn (bass), Alan Beadle (guitar) and Clive Caswell (drums) are talented local musicians; the band have an electric energy and are great fun - a must see!
