THE REAL THING

THE biggest-selling black group in uk pop history TOUR TO THE FACTORY LIVE THIS CHRISTMAS

With original vocalists Chris Amoo and Dave Smith, The Real Thing and their full live band are back on the road with their latest tour, promoting their first new album of original material in 44 years “A Brand New Day” - number three on the Amazon Best Sellers list.

Iconic songs of the 70s and 80s, “You To Me Are Everything”, “Can’t Get By Without You” and “Can You Feel The Force” were number one and top ten hits respectively and formed a huge part of music culture. Today these timeless tracks receive millions of plays every month on Spotify and are featured daily on all major UK radio stations.

Still so widely celebrated as artists, the band recently had a hit movie released ‘Everything’ which played nationally in cinemas and was aired across BBC Television and Channel 4. The landmark new music documentary charted the rise of Liverpool’s musical pioneers, who fought discrimination to become the biggest-selling black group in UK pop history. THE REAL THING are still undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with.
